The Talent Acquisition Manager owns that entire pipeline. You do not recruit for one team or one brand. You recruit for the execution layer that makes 50+ brands possible.

The hiring volume at Servicea is unlike anything a single-brand environment generates. The right person for this role thrives on complexity, moves fast, and holds an institutional standard across every search.

  • Own the full recruiting cycle across all five functions and all five countries — from brief to offer.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring role types across the ecosystem — support agents, facility coordinators, service center staff, and executive profiles.
  • Partner with brand managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into precise search briefs.
  • Design and maintain the candidate experience standard — every applicant reaches Servicea's institutional quality regardless of the role they apply for.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters and search firms for specialist and executive searches.
  • Report hiring metrics, pipeline health, and market intelligence to the People & Culture Manager.
  • Proven recruiting experience across multiple functions and geographies simultaneously.
  • Comfort with high-volume hiring without compromising on candidate quality or experience.
  • Multi-lingual strongly preferred — English essential, Spanish and/or Arabic a significant advantage given the markets.
  • Experience recruiting across international markets — USA, Europe, and Middle East experience ideal.
  • Organised, fast, and comfortable managing multiple searches in parallel without losing institutional standard.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.
