People infrastructure
for an entire ecosystem.
Servicea serves 50+ independent brands across three continents. Every one of them depends on hiring, performance, and people standards that are consistent, institutional, and repeatable.
The People & Culture Manager builds that infrastructure. Not for one brand — for all of them. You design the frameworks that every brand manager uses to hire, develop, and retain their teams.
This role grows directly into Chief People Officer as the institution scales. The person who fills it now builds the foundation that makes that title inevitable.
- Design and maintain hiring standards, interview frameworks, and onboarding processes used across all brands in the ecosystem.
- Build performance management frameworks that brand managers use to develop and retain their teams at institutional quality.
- Own org design principles — defining how brands should structure their teams at each stage of growth.
- Manage the people and culture layer across Servicea itself — supporting the executive team and all Servicea staff.
- Build cultural coherence across the ecosystem — shared values, institutional standards, and the behaviours that define how Servicea operates.
- Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure hiring pipelines meet institutional quality standards.
- Experience building people functions from the ground up — not inheriting a mature HR department.
- Comfort designing systems for multiple business units or brands simultaneously rather than one company.
- Strong knowledge of employment law across at least one of the Phase 1 markets — USA, Spain, or UAE.
- Institutional thinking — you build frameworks that outlast you and transfer cleanly to brand managers.
- Fluent English. Spanish or Arabic an advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.
Build the people layer
of a formation.
Most People & Culture roles serve one company. This role serves the institutional layer that runs 50+ independent brands. The breadth of what you will build here — across functions, geographies, and brand stages — does not exist in a single-brand environment.
This is a Phase 1 appointment. The person who builds it now grows with the institution.
