Servicea operates across the USA, Spain, UAE, and Phase 2 markets in the UK and Portugal. Every brand in the ecosystem operates under the legal and compliance framework that Servicea governs.

The Legal & Compliance Manager owns that framework. Contract standards, regulatory compliance, jurisdiction management, and the legal coordination that allows 50+ independent brands to operate without each reinventing their own legal infrastructure.

This role grows directly into General Counsel as the formation scales, the acquisition programme activates, and jurisdictional complexity demands dedicated legal leadership.

What you will do
  • Manage contract standards and templates used across all brands in the ecosystem — NDAs, service agreements, developer listing agreements, employment contracts.
  • Own regulatory compliance across all active jurisdictions — USA (Florida), Spain, UAE — and prepare the framework for Phase 2 markets.
  • Review and advise on legal matters raised by brand managers and executives across the ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel in each jurisdiction for matters requiring specialist local expertise.
  • Build and maintain the compliance framework — GDPR, KYC, data protection, and financial regulation as applicable.
  • Support the Corporate Finance & Investments Manager on the legal structure of capital raises and acquisition transactions.
What we look for
  • Qualified lawyer or legal professional with experience across commercial contracts and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
  • Knowledge of at least two of the active jurisdictions — USA, Spain, or UAE — with a strong preference for US (Florida) experience.
  • Comfortable managing legal matters across multiple business units simultaneously without a large internal team.
  • Institutional mindset — you build legal frameworks that scale, not one-off solutions for individual situations.
  • Discretion and judgment at the level this institutional access demands.
  • Fluent English. Spanish or Arabic a strong advantage.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.
