Servicea is the shared institutional execution layer that serves every brand in the ecosystem. The COO is the most senior operational executive within that layer.

Your primary function is not to manage Servicea's internal operations. It is to serve the brand managers across the ecosystem — translating institutional strategy into execution frameworks they can use. You design the systems. They use them to build their brands.

This is the Bezos principle applied precisely. Vision lives above you. Execution design lives with you. Delivery lives with the brand managers who depend on what you build.

The senior leadership team translates vision into mechanisms. Autonomous teams execute independently within those mechanisms.

The execution model this institution is built on

You will work across multiple brands, multiple markets, and multiple functions simultaneously. No single brand can offer the operational scope this role carries. The breadth is institutional from day one.

What you will do
  • Design and maintain execution frameworks that brand managers across the ecosystem use to operate at institutional quality.
  • Work directly with brand managers to raise decision quality, remove fragmentation, and enforce shared standards across all markets.
  • Govern the four operational pillars — Facility Management, Servicea Centers, Procurement, Support Operations — ensuring each delivers at the standard the ecosystem requires.
  • Translate institutional strategy into executable mandates across all brands and geographies simultaneously.
  • Build governance structures that outlast individuals — documented, repeatable, and transferable as the institution scales.
  • Operate as the primary operational interface between Servicea and every brand manager in the ecosystem.
What we look for
  • Proven operational leadership across multiple business units, brands, or markets simultaneously — not a single-company background.
  • Comfort designing execution systems for others rather than running operations directly. You build the mechanisms. Others use them.
  • Experience operating without visibility. Your success is measured by how well the brands perform — not by how visible your contribution is.
  • Institutional thinking — you build things that outlast you. You document, standardise, and hand over without friction.
  • Genuine comfort with complexity across geographies, jurisdictions, and functions simultaneously.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages — Spanish, Arabic — a strong advantage given the markets we serve.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida. This is an on-site role.
